- Q: Is the conference open to the general public?
A: Yes, the conference is open to the general public and the entire conference is
unclassified; however, there are space limitations. Therefore, to ensure a balanced
representation of conference attendees from each sector (academia, private industry,
etc.), attendance will be “capped” by sector. As a result, registration is complete
and official only when you receive an attendance confirmation notification. Registration
will be on a first come, first served basis.
- Q: Is registration required?
A: Yes.
- Q: What is the conference fee?
A: There is no conference fee for this event.
- Q: What are the conference hours?
A: Please review the "Agenda" section of the Web site for the most up to date information.
The conference hours are approximately: Thursday, September 11 from 07:15 am to
5:00 pm and Friday, September 12 from 07:15 am to 4:30 pm.
- Q: What is the expected attendance?
A: Approximately 1500 attendees are expected.
- Q: What hotels are near the conference site?
A: Please review the "Accommodations" section of the Web site for a list of hotels near the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade
Center.
- Q: What is the name and address of the conference site?
A: The conference will take place at the Ronald Reagan Building and
International Trade Center, located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington,
D.C. 20004. There are detailed directions to the building posted on this site.
- Q: Do I need to register in advance?
A: Yes. Please submit your registration application via this Web site before 31
July 2008.
